Training

The Scale People offers user training on all equipment we service and sell. Training on equipment operation can be completed in-person or by virtual meeting.

We have developed continuing education courses for Balances and Pipettes. These courses are designed for Lab Managers, Scientist and Technicians. The course covers the basic elements of the equipment, how they work, proper operation and ergonomic usage. Our goal is for our clients to get the most out of their equipment by using it efficiently, effectively and safely.
